  • Compromise commercial interests
  • Violate confidentiality agreements
  • Breach POPIA

7. Request Procedure

To request access to a record:

  • Submit a written request to the Information Officer
  • Clearly describe the record requested
  • Provide sufficient identification
  • Indicate the preferred form of access

Requests may be submitted via email or in writing.

The prescribed fees in terms of PAIA may apply.
